Cut pita into eighths and seperate the wedges. Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet. Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6" away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp. |
