For Cooling Relief: Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or put in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to desired temperature. Take out and gently place over hot spots on the body to relieve swelling. Place over tired, strained eyes and cheeks to relieve puffiness. Or place on the forehead to bring soothing relief to both the body and the mind after a hard, stressful day. For Warming Relief: Soak in warm water for ten to fifteen minutes or heat in microwave at a medium setting for no longer than 5 seconds to desired temperature. Take out and place over cold-exposed skin to provide warmth.
